International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship within the United States.

Return & Exchange Policy
At www.lukekos.com, we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchange-only returns under the conditions outlined below.
Exchange-Only Policy
• We do not offer refunds; however, we are happy to exchange items that meet our return conditions.
• To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition.
• With all tags attached and in the original packaging.
• Returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
How to Initiate an Exchange
To start the exchange process, please follow these steps:

2. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Shipping for Exchanges
• Shipping Costs for Exchanges: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for exchanges.
• We will cover the shipping cost to send the new item to you once the original item has been returned and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Items marked as “Final Sale.”
• Any intimate apparel, lingerie, or other personal items once opened or used.
Damaged or Defective Items
